All bookings involve administrative costs and it is difficult to fill spaces made vacant by late cancellations, therefore, we operate a cancellation policy regarding refunds.
Once you have received confirmation of your place on the training course you will be liable for the whole fee unless we receive email notification of cancellation. Please note that receipt of notification of cancellation will be confirmed – if you do not receive confirmation of cancellation please try to contact us again.
• For cancellations made 4 weeks or more before the course start date, 100% of the course fees will be refunded
• For cancellations made 2-4 weeks before the course start date, 50% of the course fees will be refunded
• For less than 14 days cancellation notice, no refund unless in exceptional circumstances
No refund will be made for bookings cancelled less than two weeks before the event, except in exceptional circumstances for which a medical certificate may be requested, and then only at the discretion of the Training Programme Manager.
Alternatively, a substitute delegate can be named at any time before the course start date. There will be no extra surcharge for making this substitution. Should the applicant not attend the course without following the normal cancellation procedure, Othella® will reserve the right to retain the applicant’s fee. No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course or for participants who do not finish the course.
Where a participant commences study but due to extenuating circumstances is unable to complete the course a partial refund may be made at the discretion of Othella®, under such circumstances, application for refund should be made by email to the Training Programme Manager email@example.com.
In the event of cancellation of a training event by Othella® , we will make every effort to inform all participants two weeks before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. All course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including travel, accommodation etc. Othella® LLP disclaim any further liability.
Where dates are varied by Othella®, course participants may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient. Should you have any questions regarding these terms and conditions, please contact the Training Programme Manger Karen Bellion
Course Fees are outlined online for the open sessions and in contractual agreement for the closed sessions and they must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Please note that Othella® reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any course at any time and if necessary to vary the content. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information on the website, it may be subject to later alteration or amendment in the light of policy changes, course updates or other constraints.
